Avon 2-Day Walk for Breast Cancer

Approximately 178,480 women and 2030 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year; there are over 2 million breast cancer survivors in the United States who have been treated. Breast cancer is an uncontrolled growth of breast cells. Cancer occurs as a results of mutations/abnormal changes in the genes responsible for regulating the growth cells and keeping them healthy. The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer is one the largest fund-raising programs in the country.
